you can't judge a book by it's cover.. or can you?

now lets talk about: people nowadays (lol. i know im such a judgmental)

do you realize that strangers tend to say you're quiet while your bestfriends say you're completely insane? if you do, then we're the same.

"don't judge a book by it's cover"

i believe everyone has ever heard this proverb

it means that we shouldn't let first appearances become our judgement

but does everyone really do it?

haha i would say, you should judge a book by its cover.

because everyone else does.

whether you like it or not, you are being judged by how you look, how you dress, and how you carry yourself. if i was lost somewhere and needed to ask for directions. and there are a guy with lots of piercings and tatoos, and a man in suit reading a newspaper, i would definitely go for the man in suit. haha

ok i was kidding. i absolutely disagree.

people cant know everything about someone just by looking at them. you don't know whats going on in their life, or what its like to be in their shoes. 

maybe they cant afford the fanciest clothes. maybe they don't have a choice. or maybe they just dont care how they look or what people think of them.

because, i would rather be comfortable than dress to please other people :)

and there are, stereotypes

lets take an example: glasses. just because someone wears glasses it doesn't mean they're a genius

how does having a poor eyesight make you smart? it doesn't make you stupid, but you definitely dont need glasses to be clever.

btw, you can judge people on their physical apperance if you're a mind reader or something.
